There is a real risk that Buckinghamshire Council may choose not to hold a public consultation on the Hollands Farm Development Brief which would remove your chance to express your view on shaping the future of the site (see attached Development Framework map). KBEG urges every community supporter to email/write to/call Buckinghamshire Council senior councillors and planners to demand a public consultation. Councillor Warren Whyte, Cabinet Member for Planning & Enforcement, is due to make a decision on public consultation in “December”, so we need you to email/write to/call the people below NOW! Why? Hollands Farm is a Strategic Site in the Wycombe Local Plan with 467 dwellings proposed at a level of housing density that is high for our village, as well as a new primary school. The link road and access points require major highways and flood zone issues to be addressed in advance of any planning application. The development sits adjacent to Conservation Areas and listed buildings, and green space remains vitally important for all residents. Local residents are strongly encouraged to email/write to/call all those listed below at Buckinghamshire Council to insist on a public consultation on the Development Brief: Cllr Martin Tett - Leader, Buckinghamshire Council Martin.Tett@buckinghamshire.gov.uk 168 Amersham Way, Little Chalfont, Amersham, Bucks, HP6 6SG Tel: 01494 766349 or 07939 278064 Cllr Warren White - Cabinet Member for Planning & Enforcement, Buckinghamshire Council Warren.Whyte@buckinghamshire.gov.uk 4 Fishers Field, Buckingham, Bucks, MK18 1SN Tel: 01296 383031 Cllr Dominic Barnes - Chair, Hollands Farm Liaison Group, Buckinghamshire Council Dominic.Barnes@buckinghamshire.gov.uk 18 Juniper Road, Marlow Bottom, Bucks, SL7 3NX Tel: 01628 477784 or 07795 316848 Charlotte Morris - Principal Planning Policy Officer, Buckinghamshire Council Charlotte.Morris@buckinghamshire.gov.uk Buckinghamshire Council, Queen Victoria Road, High Wycombe, Bucks, HP11 1BB Tel: 01494 421064 Thank you, Your KBEG Team
